WHO IS BEHIND TECH-LEAD-AS-A-SERVICE ?

Hello !
My name is Lisa Trapletti and I work in IT since approximately 10 years now.

During my career, I had the chance to gain experience in different tech disciplines (including back-end development, mobile development, ...) on various projects - young projects, led by start-ups for the majority of them. It allowed me to meet incredible entrepreneurs, giving their best to improve our society by creating new & innovative solutions.

As I see it, founding or even working in a start-up requires bravery. Why ? Because creating such solutions brings many difficulties to overcome and is very energy-intensive. The issue is, as I worked with a lot of start-ups, the environment becomes chaotic, bringing way more difficulties on the way towards success.

I’m convinced the journey doesn’t have to be painful. That’s exactly why I decided to start Tech-Lead-As-A-Service. I want to help those brave people, entrepreneurs and workers, by avoiding useless chaos around them, while they are bringing their project to fruition.
